SiC power devices from Guoxin Microelectronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. are compatible with inverters for new energy and high-power industrial motor control. Adopting a three-phase full-bridge inverter topology, they convert high-voltage DC into adjustable three-phase AC to drive permanent magnet synchronous motors. Leveraging the low switching loss and high-temperature resistance of SiC-MOSFETs, the solution supports higher switching frequencies, suppresses current harmonics and reduces motor noise. The inverter achieves a peak efficiency of over 97%, improving system power density and practical application performance.
